To LOG into your association's database, you need to enter data into 2 data fields:
1) the UserName field is usually YOUR E-mail address (e.g. [email protected])
2) the PassWord field is usually YOUR association's member ID#,
-or- the last 4-digits of your phone number,
-or- your ZIP code
SO, you will have to check with your association as to WHICH PassWord they use to access the database.
And, once you access the system the first time,
YOU can update your UserName and PassWord to whatever values you choose.
Just be sure to REMEMBER them, and they are "case-sensitive".

The only solutions are to remove or disable the offending program in your local system. These programs prevent us from establishing a "session link" with your computer, that we need to share your access level information across the different functions within the DaCdb session.
If you still need assistance logging into the database, please contact your association support staff,
using the Contact information your association's web site.
