All events are held at the Sheraton Music City Hotel.
All participants (even those living in the vicinity) should stay at this hotel since the program is intense and networking is a key benefit of the program. Minimum reservation for Mid-South PETS is for Friday & Saturday nights. Each club is encouraged to reimburse participants for hotel and other expenses.
Each meal session, including breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, involves one of our principal speakers, so attendance is expected and required. If you are staying in a conference rate room at the Sheraton, your room rate includes a breakfast ticket for each night you stay. Those tickets will admit you to the Saturday and Sunday breakfast sessions. If you are not staying in a conference rate room at the Sheraton, the breakfast sessions on Saturday and Sunday will cost $20 each.
The hotel will take reservations for this event at the special rates below from November 1, 2011 through March 1, 2012 (subject to room availability.)Reservations should be made by March 1 to secure the special rate.
Please make your reservation early since the room block often sells out prior to March 1.
