MidSouth PETS - Registration

ATTENDEES: Presidents-Elect, Assistant Governors, Training Leaders and Executive Committee members from participating districts (6710, 6740, 6760, 6780, 6860, 6880): DO NOT SEND MONEY! Your registration will be paid by your club through your district treasurer, by your district or by Mid-South PETS.

ALL OTHERS: Send a check for $75 for Assistant Governors Institute (AGI), $195 for the Presidents-Elect Seminar (PETS) or $270 for AGI and PETS made to "Rotary Mid-South PETS" to Treasurer Lee Weinman; 3030 Hunters Run; Gardendale, AL 35071. To ensure proper credit, include the name, Rotary affiliation and district of the person being registered.

When your registration is complete, an acknowledgement will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. Registration does NOT result in a hotel room reservation! Please go to the Hotel Info link to make your room reservation.

WHAT TO WEAR: Business casual attire is appropriate for the daytime sessions of the AGI and PETS. Business casual attire includes slacks and shirts for men and similar attire for women. Rotary logo attire is appropriate.

Business attire is expected for the Friday and Saturday dinners at PETS. Business attire includes shirt and tie, suit or sport coat with suitable slacks for men; pantsuits, blouses, dress slacks, dresses, sweaters, or skirts for women.

Some meeting rooms may be cooler or warmer than you prefer. Dressing in layers will help you be comfortable.

If you are registering for someone other than yourself, please include your name and e-mail address in the comment field at the end of the form. You will be copied on the acknowledgement sent to the person registered.

IF you are a PE, an AG, or a Training Leader from one of the six Mid-South PETS districts, please use the LINK to registration through DaCdb provided by your DGE in an e-mail message. Please contact him if you have, can't find or have not received the link.

IF you are not in one of the groups listed above, but you are a Rotarian from one of the six Mid-South PETS districts, and you know your Username and Password to LOG IN to the District and Club (DaCdb) database, then use this LINK to register: Register NOW for the AGI and/or PETS events.

IF you are not a Rotarian or you are a Rotarian from outside the six Mid-South PETS districts....

To complete the AGI and/or PETS registration on-line, scroll down and click the LINK to Register NOW. Then, 3 things must happen to register for the AGI and/or PETS events:
1) Add your Contact Information (using the first screen);
2) Enter your Registration Information (using the second screen);
3) Confirm your registration information (using the third screen).

The first screen will be your Name and Address "contact information". Just fill in the data on the the form as necessary, and "click" the ADD button when finished. You should immediately see a second screen to make your "selections" for the AGI and/or PETS events; be sure to click the Register NOW button at the bottom of the page. You will see the Confirmation screen, where you can review all your selections before you click the Confirm Registration button...and then a dialog box thanking you for completing the form will appear. You will also get a confirmation e-mail at the address you entered in the Contact screen.
