What

1. Make contact with the presidents of the club in the assigned area to let them know of our organization. Keep everyone informed as to happenings.

2. Be familiar with what the club is currently doing to aid victims and disaster organizations in their area.  Pass that on to the District Disaster Committee Chair in an abbreviated report.

3. Discuss with the club their future community needs as they see them and begin to think of programs that District funding might support.

4. Be sure clubs are aware that there are two separate funds accepting contributions now.
