Doing Good In The World

The Paul Harris Society is a special district recognition program designed for Rotarians who wish to support The Rotary Foundation in a more substantial way each year.

The Paul Harris Society recognizes Rotarians and friends of The Rotary Foundation who annually contribute $1,000 to the Annual Programs Fund, PolioPlus, PolioPlus Partners, or the Humanitarian Grants program.

This new level of recognition will not be suitable for every Rotarian but is available for those donors who chose to give at this level each Rotary year. Our ever-increasing involvement and support of Rotary Foundation Programs necessitates our need for increased funding.  Permanent Fund contributions do not qualify for this program. Only new contributions qualify.

District 5100 started its Paul Harris Society in 2005 with 17 charter members. As of now, District 5100 has 79 PHS members.
Paul Harris Society contributions are eligible toward Rotary Foundation Sustaining Member, Paul Harris Fellow, Multiple Paul Harris Fellow, and Major Donor recognition. Contributions to the Permanent fund are not eligible. For information about District 5100's Paul Harris Society and enrollment forms, please contact: Peter Glazer at: pkglazer@aol.com or, Sharon Starr at: SRStarr@aol.com.
