Ever wonder how an individual can make a memorial gift to
The Rotary Foundation?:
When a person makes a memorial contribution, TRF will a send a letter notifying
the family or friends of the contribution and a letter to the donor thanking
them for the donation and whether a letter was sent (sometimes we are not given
notification information). The donor letter is sent at the same time as the
notification letter and the amount of the contribution is not included. The
donor will still receive the standard receipt/acknowledgement.
Individuals can make a contribution using the our Memorial Form. Please be sure
to include your name and the designation of your gift (PolioPlus, Permanent
Fund-SHARE, Permanent Fund-World Fund, Children's Fund, Rotary
Centers); otherwise it will be designated to the Annual Programs Fund.
If you want to make a contribution by credit card, please fax the form at the
following link, including the same information as the Memorial Form:

If you wish to make an online contribution, please feel free to go ahead and
make the contribution and then email our Operations Coordinator, Alan Whaley (alan.whaley@rotary.org), with
the following information:
Donor name or ID - date of contribution (this allows us to easily add the
memorial to our list)
In Memory of:
Name of address of family to notify
Donor name for the notification letter (i.e. Joe Smith and Family or other
name.)
