How Do I REGISTER and Where Do I Go?

Glad you asked!

The 2012 edition of Rotary Florida PETS takes place 1 - 3 March 2012 and will be held in Orlando, Florida USA. Once you have finished reading this page -- and registered for the event -- then please click on the "Venue link" (in the left side menus), to obtain detailed information regarding the hotel and how to make a reservation.

Securing a room at the hotel, however, is only half of the process. Please understand that hotel reservations and event registration are two completely separate steps.

Know that the absolutely final date for event registration is 1 February 2012. No exceptions can be made to this important deadline.

All participants must register for PETS (the actual event -- not just the hotel) via your respective district's District and Club database CALENDAR of Events (DaCdb). All presidents-elect should have received a "personal invitation" (e-mail) that contained an E-Z link to register in a single click of the mouse.

Or, you can manually log into the DaCdb to register...just click below. It only takes a couple of minutes, provided that you are familiar with the DaCdb. Here are the steps:
1) Click here to Log in to the database.
2) After you have logged in, click the CALENDAR tab
3) Then click the RegisterME link in the sub-menu (the color-code bar right under the "tabs")
4) Then click on the RegisterNOW link beside the PETS event in the displayed calendar
5) Finally, enter your registration information and CONFIRM. You will receive an e-mail confirmation within minutes.
If not familiar, ask your current club president or club secretary about accessing the system. It's likely that they logon to the DaCdb regularly. Otherwise, click on the "Committee" link (in the left side menus), and contact your District Governor-Elect or any other member of the PETS operating committee from your district.

If you are a club president-elect from a district outside of the State of Florida you must contact your governor-elect and that governor-elect must then contact the Rotary Florida PETS registrar.
