Problems Logging into the Database?

FIRST, did you try asking the system to send you your Log In values? There is an
EZ link for requesting this information, if you get an INVALID LOG IN message.
SO, we highly recommend this step, as it automatically resolves over 90% of the
log in problems.

To LOG into the Rotary database, you need to enter 2 data fields:

  • the User Name field is usually YOUR E-mail address (e.g. mike@youraccount.com)
  • the Password field is usually YOUR Rotary Member ID# (unless you have changed it)

And, once you access the system the first time, YOU can update your User Name and Password to whatever values you choose.
Just be sure to REMEMBER them, and the Password values are "case-sensitive".

ALSO, we have found a few "login problems" are associated with a piece of software that "constantly swaps" the user's IP number (supposedly for "privacy"). The Names of the offending programs that we have identified so far are:

  • PRIVACY (by McAfee)
  • SURF CONTROL
  • ANONYMOUS (a freeware program)

The only solutions are to remove or disable the offending program in your local system. These programs prevent us from establishing a "session link" with your computer, that we need to share your access level information across the different functions within the DaCdb session.

If you still need assistance logging into the database, please contact your support staff, using the HELP Contact information for your district.

Or, contact the Database Administration support staff, describing the specific problem you are experiencing.
