Sylvania Community Rotary Foundation


It is the mission of the Sylvania Community Rotary Foundation to support the educational and charitable efforts of the Rotary Club of Sylvania.
Source of Funds: Funds will be received from club fundraisers as well as from individuals, organizations, community and corporate donations, and bequests.
Disbursement of Funds: A portion of the principal, interest earnings and donations will be disbursed primarily (but not exclusively) to benefit programs, organizations and individuals in the Sylvania Community.
Request for Funds: The following Request For Funds form is the required format. This form must be completed in order to have the request considered. It is important that any request should be made well in advance of the desired date that the funds are needed as the Board only meets once per month.
