The Rotary Club of O'Fallon and Downtown O'Fallon are hosting a downtown trick-or-treating and costume parade.  Participants will be able to trick-or-treat at participating Downtown O'Fallon businesses.  There will be photos taken of costumed children at the caboose, along with downtown shopping.

At 1 pm, the Halloween Costume Parade will kick off at the intersection of State St and Vine St.  Registration begins at 12:30 pm and costume judging begins at 12:45 pm.

We are judging in seven categories:

• Cartoon & Movie
• Decorated Bicycles
• Floats & decorated wagons
• Pets
• Children under 3
• Scariest
• Overall Best Costume

Winners will receive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals.
