Every year prior to Christmas our Rotary Club does a citrus fund-raiser to raise money for local projects. We generally turn the campaign into a month-long competitive event with teams, prizes, playoffs, and a Citrus Hall of Fame to make it fun and encourage Rotarians to sell oranges and grapefruit. The citrus delivery in mid-December is always an event when members gather to pitch-in with a worthwhile service project and enjoy Rotary camaraderie. Last year we raised over $6,000.
