Each month the O'Fallon Noon Rotary Club honors an outstanding student from O'Fallon Township High School for their school and community involvement, activities, academics, and leadership skills. They are selected by the faculty and staff at OTHS. The selection is based on demonstrated spirit of service and exemplification of the Rotary Four-Way Test.
1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOOD WILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

These students are awarded with a highly coveted "up close" parking spot for the month they are selected as Rotary Student of the Month.
