Arizona Wine Tour

As Rotarians we have a love of fellowship, and often a love of wine.  What better experience than to combine both joys.  Phoenix East Rotary and Goodyear White Tanks Rotary partnered to tour the wineries of southern Arizona.  We boarded a chartered party bus in the valley at about 7:00 AM and headed south with a full compliment of mimosas, bloody marys, and breakfast snacks.  Over the next few hours both clubs had ample time to meet each other and bond in the spirit of Rotary.  Once we arrived in wine country we visited several tasting rooms, and stopped off at the Wilcox Annual Wine Tasting Fair.  We ended our trip down south with a wonderful three course meal at Coronado Vineyards, our partner of many years for our local wine tasting.  Then the many happy, satisfied, yet very weary travelers boarded the bus for the trip home and the end of a fabulous day.  This will not be our last tour, planning is currently taking place for a tour of the northern Arizona wineries.  If you are interested contact Sean Scibienski for more information.
